Although the law requires agency agreements to be in writing, and that certain words must be in the agreement, many sellers bitterly regret signing the agreement given to them by the agent. The solution is simple: If they want you to sign their legal agreement, you must demand that they sign your legally binding Guarantee first.

"I will not sign with you until you sign with me."
