Requirements of owners

  • Management agreement signed by all parties (including banking details)

  • 3 Full Sets of Keys. We hand two sets to the tenants and keep another set in the office for inspections, maintenance etc.

  • The owner must obtain and maintain adequate public liability, building and contents Insurance for the term of the agreement. It is always a good idea to check your insurance to confirm that it does give you the same cover, when tenanted.

  • Supply and maintain locks so that the tenant may obtain relevant Insurance cover against breaking and entering.

  • If the owner is vacating the property prior to rental, the premises must be clean including carpets and the gardens tidied and lawns mowed. This ensures the tenants must leave the property in the same to top of pagestandard.
