Inspections are conducted on a Quarterly Basis. Every
3 months we will do an internal inspection of your property.
When we do our inspections, we take with us our Entry Condition
Report which we fill in prior to the tenants taking up occupancy.
If we note any damage, or problems which have occurred during their
lease, which is caused by the tenants, we will immediately take
action to have this rectified.
Also if there are any Maintenance issues which we notice, that
are in need of attention we will also let you know. If you would
like for us to arrange any quotes and / or repairs, we have a number
of very reputable tradespeople who we use on a regular basis.
Alternatively, we are more than happy to call on your recommended
tradespeople, if you do already have someone who you prefer.
